Personal data we collect We collect only what we need to operate and improve the Game: Account & profile — username, platform/account identifiers, user ID, country/region (approximate), language, age band (for age-gating if used). Gameplay & usage — session times, progress, items earned/purchased, interactions, crash logs, device type/OS, app version, IP address, device identifiers (IDFA/GAID where permitted), diagnostics. Purchases — transaction IDs and item types (processed by Apple/Google; we do not receive full payment card details). Support — your email and message content when you contact us. Location (feature-based) — approximate location via IP for region settings and security; precise GPS location only if a feature requires it and you grant permission (you can revoke in device settings). We do not intentionally collect special category data. We do not collect precise location without permission.
  1. Why we use your data & legal bases Provide the Game and services (contract): gameplay, networking, cloud save, purchases, support. Safety & fraud prevention (legitimate interests / legal obligation). Analytics & performance (legitimate interests): usage insights, quality, fixes. Personalization & features (legitimate interests / consent where required): save settings, tailor gameplay; location-based features only with permission. Legal compliance (legal obligation): tax, accounting, consumer rights. Marketing (consent where required): We only send direct marketing if you consent or if a soft opt-in applies; you can opt out at any time.
  1. Children The Game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. For ages 13–17, parental/guardian consent may be required by law.

Sharing your data We share data only as necessary: Service providers (processors) — hosting, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, QA, support tooling; they act under our instructions and data processing agreements. App stores & payment processors — to process purchases and handle refunds/fraud. Legal/safety — where required to comply with law or protect rights and security. Corporate transactions — as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
  1. International transfers Some providers may be outside the EEA/UK. We use lawful safeguards (e.g., EU/UK Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions) and additional measures where appropriate.
  1. Retention Account & gameplay data: for the life of the account and typically up to 24 months after inactivity for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Purchase records: as required by tax/accounting laws. Support communications: typically up to 24 months after resolution. Data is anonymized or deleted when no longer required.
  1. Your rights (EEA & UK) You may request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
